Where to buy snails in the US?

I can't find any places that sell snails in the US that doesn't require a permit to buy them and there are no snails in my area except for a few Rumina Decollata. I was hoping to get some aspersa or pomatia. Thx for any help. 
(I will only use 100% legal methods to get snails)
